Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns. This fee covers any and all expense we are out in shipping/packaging on the front end of your order.
Customer is responsible to cover return shipping charges.
Refinished Bath Mat Replacement Warranty:
if your mat gets damaged please submit photos of the damaged unit. A replacement will be sent out with the buyer being responsible for the $12.50 shipping and handling cost.
Refinished Bathtub Mat warranties are for residential customers only.
